SMARTer DNA HT dual index kits

SMARTer DNA HT dual index kits是與SMARTer ThruPLEX或SMARTer PicoPLEX文庫(kù)制備試劑盒搭配使用，用以構(gòu)建Illumina測(cè)序文庫(kù)的index引物試劑盒。這些試劑盒包含Illumina Nextera? XT v2 index序列對(duì)應(yīng)的index引物，最多可提供384種不同的雙端index，用于樣本混合測(cè)序時(shí)的區(qū)分。其中index引物預(yù)先分裝在4個(gè)的不同條形碼標(biāo)記的index微孔板中，每個(gè)微孔板可提供不同的96種index組合 (Code No.R400660-R400663)，index微孔板（96N Sets A-D）的每個(gè)孔提供的量足夠進(jìn)行一次測(cè)序反應(yīng)；另一種是一套中有24個(gè)單獨(dú)的反應(yīng)管，每個(gè)反應(yīng)管中包含不同的雙端index組合（Code No.R400664），且每個(gè)反應(yīng)管（24N）提供的量足夠進(jìn)行兩次測(cè)序反應(yīng)。
