MIP-3β is a CC chemokine, expressed in the thymus, lymph nodes, and in activated bone marrow stromal cells that signals through the CCR7 receptor. MIP-3β?is a chemoattractant for T and B lymphocytes, and myeloid progenitor cells.

The BioGems Human MIP-3β?(CCL19) Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure MIP-3β?(CCL19) with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with mouse monoclonal antibody specific for MIP-3β?(CCL19). It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant MIP-3β?(CCL19). The detection antibody is a biotinylated goat polyclonal antibody specific for MIP-3β?(CCL19). The kit is analytically validated with ready to use reagents.
