神經(jīng)調(diào)節(jié)蛋白/調(diào)蛋白是由選擇性剪接基因（NRG1，NRG2，NRG3和NRG4）衍生的結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)多肽生長(zhǎng)因子家族。迄今為止，有超過(guò)14種來(lái)源于NRG1基因的可溶性和跨膜蛋白。跨膜NRG1同種型的胞外域的蛋白水解加工釋放可溶性生長(zhǎng)因子。 HRG1-β1含有Ig結(jié)構(gòu)域和EGF樣結(jié)構(gòu)域;后者對(duì)于直接結(jié)合受體酪氨酸激酶erb3和erb4是必需的。該結(jié)合誘導(dǎo)erb3和erb4與erb2異源二聚化，刺激導(dǎo)致酪氨酸磷酸化的內(nèi)在激酶活性。

Neuregulin/Heregulin is a family of structurally related polypeptide growth factors derived from alternatively spliced genes (NRG1, NRG2, NRG3 and NRG4). To date, there are over 14 soluble and transmembrane proteins derived from the NRG1 gene. Proteolytic processing of the extracellular domain of the transmembrane NRG1 isoforms releases soluble growth factors. HRG1-β1 contains an Ig domain and an EGF-like domain; the latter is necessary for direct binding to receptor tyrosine kinases erb3 and erb4. This binding induces erb3 and erb4 heterodimerization with erb2, stimulating intrinsic kinase activity that leads to tyrosine phosphorylation.

The BioGems Human Neuregulin Pre-Coated ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kit is a solid phase immunoassay specially designed to measure Neuregulin with a 96-well strip plate that is pre-coated with mouse monoclonal antibody specific for Neuregulin. It contains E. coli-expressed recombinant Neuregulin. The detection antibody is a biotinylated goat polyclonal antibody specific for Neuregulin. The kit is analytically validated with ready to use reagents.
