MycoAlert?檢測對照品設(shè)計應(yīng)用于MycoAlert? PLUS 支原體檢測試劑盒（LT07-701, LT07-703, LT07-705 and LT07-710）和第一代MycoAlert?支原體檢測試劑盒（LT07-118, LT07-218, LT07-318 and LT07-41），作為檢測對照。MycoAlert?檢測對照品可以提供陰性和陽性對照。MycoAlert?檢測對照不包含活性支原體，不能用于感染的支原體計數(shù)。

§ 陽性對照：在應(yīng)用于MycoAlert? PLUS 和標準MycoAlert?支原體檢測試劑盒檢測時表現(xiàn)出正相關(guān)，使用100μl重配制的MycoAlert?檢測對照品取代樣品進行檢測

The MycoAlert? Assay Control Set is intended for use with MycoAlert? PLUS Mycoplasma Detection Kits (LT07-701, LT07-703, LT07-705 and LT07-710) and with the first generation MycoAlert? Mycoplasma Detection Kits (LT07-118, LT07-218, LT07-318 and LT07-41) as control for assay performance. The MycoAlert? Assay Control Set will provide a positive and negative control ratio when used with the kits. The MycoAlert? Assay Control Set DOES NOT contain live mycoplasma and is not suited for quantification of mycoplasma contamination.
