Sonic hedgehog (SHh)　英文簡(jiǎn)述：
Plays an important role in embryonic development and in diseases such as cancer. Antibodies against SHh are useful reagents to investigate the expression and function of SHh.

The hedgehog pathway has drawn great attention recently as a novel therapeutic target for treating certain types of cancer. StemRD has generated a mouse monoclonal antibody against human and mouse SHh. This antibody has nM binding affinity to SHh protein, and importantly, is functionally blocking against human and mouse SHh.

Purity: Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE analysis
Biological Activity: The activity of this antibody in blocking SHh was determined by using a Gli reporter gene assay in 3T3 cells. The IC50 for inhibiting SHh-induced activation ranges 1 to 5 nM.
