Precision Plus Protein™全藍(lán)蛋白質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品是10種重組蛋白（10－250kD）混合物，包含3條指示帶（25, 50, 75kD），可以應(yīng)用50次。產(chǎn)品主要應(yīng)用于SDS-PAGE。小型膠（考馬斯亮藍(lán)染色）加樣體積10µl，小型膠（熒光雜交檢測）加樣體積5µl（1:10稀釋）。建議加樣緩沖液：30% (w/v) glycerol, 2% SDS, 62.5 mM Tris, pH 6.8, 50 mM DTT, 5 mM EDTA, 0.02% NaN3, 0.01% bromophenol blue(溴酚藍(lán))。
