Gibco? PSC神經(jīng)誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)基是一種無血清培養(yǎng)基，可高效誘導(dǎo)人多能干細(xì)胞（PSCs）(7天)分化為神經(jīng)干細(xì)胞（NSCs）。適用培養(yǎng)的細(xì)胞源包括誘導(dǎo)多能干細(xì)胞、多能干細(xì)胞、胚胎干細(xì)胞和神經(jīng)細(xì)胞等。與現(xiàn)有的方法不同，使用Gibco? PSC神經(jīng)誘導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)基時(shí)不需要經(jīng)過形成胚狀體（EB）中間環(huán)節(jié)，因此可節(jié)約時(shí)間和精力，不會(huì)引發(fā)變異。使用Gibco? Rapid Induction of NSCs: Gibco? PSC Neural Induction Medium simplifies the NSC generation workflow by eliminating the need to form EBs or rosettes. By removing this step, Gibco? PSC Neural Induction Medium enables a more reproducible process with high efficiency neural induction in only 7 days.

Scalable Production of NSCs: Gibco? PSC Neural Induction Medium is a robust medium that has been shown to generate over 20 million NSCs from 1 million PSCs. The medium has been tested with multiple hPSC lines including hiPSCs derived from use of Episomal iPSC Reprogramming Vectors and the CytoTune?-iPS Sendai Reprogramming Kit.
