BD Stemflow™ Mouse Hematopoietic Stem and Progenitor Cell Isolation Kit的簡介
試劑盒提供必要試劑借助多色流式細胞儀從小鼠骨髓樣品分離造血祖細胞（HCPs）和造血干細胞（HSCs）。小鼠HCPs和HSCs具備一組細胞表面標志物，以及具有高水平的染料外排活性。BD小鼠造血干細胞和祖細胞分離試劑盒包含特異性標志物的熒光抗體和有助于識別HPCs和HSCs的熒光抗體。試劑盒中含有的特異性抗體包括：CD3的抗體（T細胞標志物），CD45R(B220)(B細胞標志物)，Ly6C和Ly6G(Gr1)(粒細胞標志物)，CD11b(Mac1)(巨噬細胞標志物)，以及TER-119(紅細胞標志物)。試劑盒中同時含有3種特異性抗體用于分離HPCs和HSCs。第一個是CD34，它由HPCs表達，在干細胞中為陰性。另外兩個是Sca-1和c-Kit(CD117)，它們由HPCs和HSCs表達。使用這些抗體去分離祖細胞和干細胞（稱為CD34-/dim KSL細胞，KSL為c-Kit+/Sca-1+/Lineage-），這種分離方法已被廣泛報道。每種特異性抗體都有非特異性同型對照。另外還含有7-AAD和BD CompBead 補償顆粒。具體操作方法詳見說明書。

The reagents in this kit contain sodium azide. Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in plumbing.
