EasySep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Kit without CD43 Depletion 產(chǎn)品英文描述
The EasySep™ Human B Cell Enrichment Kit without CD43 Depletion is designed to isolate B cells by negative selection from fresh or previously frozen PBMCs of patients with B cell leukemia or lymphoma or other disease states in which B cells may express CD43. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2, CD3, CD14, CD16, CD56, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are separated using the EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
