RoboSep™ Human Whole Blood Lymphoid Positive Selection Kit with Filter Tips is designed to isolate CD3+ and CD19+ cells from whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD3, CD19 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The cocktail also contains an antibody to human Fc receptor to minimize nonspecific binding. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD3 antigen is expressed on T lymphocytes and NKT cells while the CD19 antigen is expressed on B cells and follicular dendritic cells.

EASYSEP® RBC LYSIS BUFFER 10X CONCENTRATE

Starting with fresh whole blood, the CD2+/CD20+ cell content of the selected fraction typically ranges from 97.9% - 99.9%. *Red blood cells were removed by lysis prior to flow cytometry.
