EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit 產(chǎn)品英文描述
The EasySep™ Human Myeloid Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD33+ and CD66b+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or bone marrow, or from nucleated cells prepared by density separation with SpinSep™ Density Medium (Catalog #17531) by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD33 and CD66b antigens are expressed on myeloid progenitors monocytes and granulocytes.
