EasySep™ Human Biotin Positive Selection Kit 產(chǎn)品英文描述
The EasySep™ Human Biotin Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate cells that are labeled with biotinylated antibodies. The cocktail contains a combination of antibodies that is directed against biotin and dextran. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing biotin and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off.

Hazardous Ingredient: Sodium Azide. Avoid exposure to skin and eyeshipped eyes ingestion and contact with heat, acids and metals. Wash exposed skin with soap and water. Flush eyes with water. Dilute with running water before discharging into plumbing.
