The EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit (Catalog #18051HLA)旨在通過陽性選擇從新鮮或先前凍結(jié)的外周血單核細(xì)胞中分離CD3+細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞有針對性的通過識別CD3和右旋糖酐涂層的磁性粒子的四聚體抗體復(fù)合物被瞄準(zhǔn)。The EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit 還包含人Fc受體，以減少非特異性結(jié)合的抗體。The EasySep™ HLA CD3 Positive Selection Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。感興趣的細(xì)胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時(shí)不需要的細(xì)胞倒出。 CD3抗原表達(dá)在所有的T細(xì)胞和CD56+ NKT細(xì)胞。陽性選擇的細(xì)胞立即被準(zhǔn)備用在流式細(xì)胞交叉配型分析（用EasySep™HLA FCXM阻斷解決方案，包括在套件時(shí)），血清學(xué)，或嵌合體分析。
