Stemcell 19051HLA EasySep™ HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit 旨在通過陰性選擇從新鮮或先前凍結(jié)的外周血單核細(xì)胞中分離T細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞有針對性的通過識別 CD14,CD16,CD19,CD20,CD36,CD56,CD66b,CD123,糖蛋白A和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子而被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物的清除。Stemcell 19051HLA EasySep&trade HLA T Cell Enrichment Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞被澆滅了到一個新的管為血清學(xué)或流式細(xì)胞儀交叉配血實驗做準(zhǔn)備。
