Stemcell 18454HLA EasySep™ HLA B Cell Positive Selection Kit 旨在通過陽性選擇從新鮮或先前凍結(jié)的外周血單核細(xì)胞中分離CD19+,CD20+細(xì)胞。想要得到的細(xì)胞通過識(shí)別CD19,CD20和葡聚糖包覆的磁性顆粒而被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)。Stemcell 18454HLA EasySep™ HLA B Cell Positive Selection Kit還包含人Fc受體，以減少非特異性結(jié)合的抗體。Stemcell 18454HLA EasySep™ HLA B Cell Positive Selection Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。感興趣的細(xì)胞保持在管內(nèi)，同時(shí)不需要的細(xì)胞倒出。 CD19抗原是存在于成熟的B細(xì)胞和B細(xì)胞的祖細(xì)胞，但在形成成熟漿細(xì)胞后丟失。抗原CD20在B細(xì)胞發(fā)育的各個(gè)階段表達(dá)除了親B細(xì)胞或漿細(xì)胞。
