Stemcell 19762 EasySep™ Mouse Neutrophil Enrichment Kit旨在通過(guò)陰性選擇從骨髓或其他組織的單細(xì)胞懸液分離中性粒細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞有針對(duì)性的被非中性粒細(xì)胞(CD4, CD5, CD11c, CD45R/B220, CD49b, CD117, TER119, F4/80)針對(duì)的生物素抗體瞄準(zhǔn)去除，。標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞然后被抗生物素和葡聚糖的四聚體抗體配合物識(shí)別。這些細(xì)胞被綁定到磁性粒子，使用沒有柱的EasySep™磁鐵 分離。期望得到的細(xì)胞倒入到一個(gè)新的管。
