Stemcell 19771 EasySep™ Mouse Mesenchymal Stem/Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit旨在通過陰性選擇從小鼠骨細胞中分離間充質(zhì)干/祖細胞。不需要的細胞有針對性的被非上皮細胞(CD4, CD5, CD11c, CD45R/B220, CD49b, CD117, TER119, F4/80)針對的生物素抗體瞄準去除，。標記的細胞然后被抗生物素和葡聚糖的四聚體抗體配合物識別。這些細胞被綁定到磁性粒子，使用沒有柱的EasySep™磁鐵 分離。期望得到的細胞倒入到一個新的管。
