PYROSPERSE™ (Dispersing Agent) helps eliminate endotoxin binding or masking in some samples - solving problems of inhibitory behavior. Examples of samples that may show endotoxin binding behavior include plasma protein fractions, electrolyte solutions, and lipid emulsions. PYROSPERSE™ may be used with any of our LAL Kits.

PYROSPERSE dispersing agent is intended for use with PYROGENT, QCL-1000, and Kinetic-QCL (Limulus Amebocyte Lysate) to assist in the qualitative or quantitative detection of bacterial endotoxin.

• For use in conjunction with PYROGENT, QCL-1000, and Kinetic-QCL(Limulus Amebocyte Lysate).
• Successful performance of this test requires strict adherence to all items in the procedure recommended herein and the appropriate package insert.
• All materials coming in contact with the specimens or test materials must be endotoxin-free.

Unopened vials of PYROSPERSE may be stored at 2-30°C for no longer than the labeled expiration date.Once a vial has been opened, it should be stored at 2-8°C for no longer than four (4) weeks. Refrigerated samples should be brought to room temperature (15-30°C) before use.
