GIBCO® StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree has been developed for the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) and Adipose-derived Stem Cells (ADSCs) under completely serum-free and xenogeneic (xeno)-free conditions. Using StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree, human MSCs or ADSCs can be expanded for multiple passages while maintaining their multipotent phenotype (i.e. ability to differentiate into osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages). StemPro® MSC SFM XenoFree is cGMP compliant which allows for traceability and manufacturing reliability.

StemPro® MSC SFM CTS™ is a serum-free medium (SFM) specially formulated for the growth and expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). StemPro® MSC SFM CTS™ enables superior human MSC growth and increased consistency compared to classical serum-supplemented medium (DMEM + 10% FBS). Using StemPro® MSC SFM CTS™, human MSCs can be expanded beyond 5 passages while still maintaining their tri-lineage mesoderm differentiation potential (i.e., ability to differentiate into osteogenic, chondrogenic and adipogenic lineages). Each lot of StemPro® MSC SFM CTS™ is qualified using a human MSC performance assay and human MSCs growing in serum-supplemented medium can be transitioned directly into StemPro® MSC SFM CTS™ with little or no adaptation required. In addition, StemPro® MSC SFM CTS™ facilitates expansion of MSCs directly from primary human bone marrow.

MGro-500 Chemically Defined MSC Medium 產(chǎn)品信息
Human mesenchymal stem cells (hMSCs) hold promise for the treatment of a wide variety of diseases. Currently, fetal bovine serum (FBS) is added to the medium to achieve expansion of hMSCs. However, concerns have been raised over animal-born pathogens, immune reactions and lot-to-lot variations caused by the undefined nature of FBS. To address these issues, StemRD has developed MesenGro®, a chemically-defined, serum-free and xeno-free medium for the expansion of hMSCs.
The MesenGro Chemically Defined MSC Medium (for simplicity, referred to as “MesenGro” in this document) has been designed for the maximum expansion of human mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) derived from bone marrow, cord blood, or adipose tissue.MesenGro is chemically defined as its components are either chemically synthesized, recombinantly produced and purified. It can be considered xeno-free as none of its ingredients are directly derived from non-human animals. MesenGro further offers the convenience of no plate-coating if used with certain tissue culture vessels (see below), saving cost of coating materials and time needed for coating.
