TGF-β1產(chǎn)品介紹：
TGF-β1是一組蛋白超家族。TGF-β1是由兩個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)相同或相似，分子量為12.5kD的亞單位通過(guò)二硫鍵連接而成的雙體。在人的心肌成纖維細(xì)胞、血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞和巨噬細(xì)胞等均有表達(dá)。TGF-β1信號(hào)通路的關(guān)鍵傳導(dǎo)分子為胞質(zhì)蛋白Smads,他們可以將TGF-β1信號(hào)直接由細(xì)胞膜受體傳導(dǎo)人細(xì)胞核內(nèi)，是受體激酶介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)的新途徑，為細(xì)胞信號(hào)跨膜后與核內(nèi)基因轉(zhuǎn)錄之間開(kāi)通了一條簡(jiǎn)便路徑。不同的Smad介導(dǎo)不同的TGF-β1家族成員的信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)。TGF-β1／Smad信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)通路活化后，可以促進(jìn)相關(guān)基因的轉(zhuǎn)錄，如膠原蛋白的表達(dá)增高，也可通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)MMPs／TIMPs表達(dá)的平衡抑制膠原降解，促進(jìn)組織纖維化。

Members of TGF-family are multifunctional cytokines that regulate cell proliferation, growth, differentiation and migration as well as synthesis of the extracellular matrix. The three human isoforms, TGF- 1,? 2,? 3, signal through the same receptor and elicit similar biological responses. The release of biologically active TGF-isoform from a latent complex involves proteolytic processing of the complex. TGF-1 is the most abundant isoform secreted by almost all cell types. Human TGF-1 is a 25.0kDa protein with each subunit containing 112 amino acid residues, linked by a disulfide bond.
