產(chǎn)品特征
惰性： FEP在化學(xué)和生物學(xué)上是惰性的，因此袋子不會(huì)改變培養(yǎng)物或培養(yǎng)基。FEP既不與任何元素結(jié)合，也不會(huì)將其自身的任何成分放棄到細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)袋中的溶液中。
透氣： FEP薄膜具有透氣性，但是，FEP對(duì)水是不可滲透的，因此細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)物就可忽略水損失。在使用中就不會(huì)用到加濕培養(yǎng)箱。

The OriGen PermaLife Cell Culture bags represent the optimal way to harvest, expand, concentrate, and freeze critical cell cultures. Made of inert FEP, the PermaLife bag contains no plasticizers or chemical residuals which
could leach into and alter delicate cell cultures. Because FEP is inert, antibodies, cytokines, and other genetic material are una ected by the PermaLife bag.
PermaLife FEP bags are a closed system, so the possibility of contamination is greatly reduced. Bags are sold sterile. PermaLife bags are gas permeable, and provide a high rate of oxygen transfer to cells under culture.
Additionally, water permeability is very low, so water loss is negligible and humidi ed incubators are not required.
The PermaLife bag has an optical transmission of greater than 95%. Observation of the cultures under a microscope is possible without risking contamination of the culture.
It is also ideal for cryogenic preservation. The PermaLife bag remains exible from -200°C to +200°C. There is no signi cant decrease in mechanical strength at temperatures from cryogenic storage (-196°C) to high autoclave (+137°C).
Swabbable, needle-free valves are provided on every bag to preserve sterile access and reduce the chance of needle sticks. PermaLife bags are sold with one female luer and one needle-free valve. The PL07 only has one port and is sold with one needle-free valve. PermaLife Catalog numbers including a “P” sux are sold with a needle-free valve and a PVC spike port.
