This Immun-Blot® PVDF membrane is packaged as a 26 cm wide, 3.3 m long bulk roll. The pore size is 0.2 µm and binding capacity is 150–160 µg/cm2.
Immun-Blot PVDF membrane is ideal for chemiluminescent and colorimetric western blots because it retains target protein very strongly during protein transfer but also reduces nonspecific protein binding that can obscure high-sensitivity detection.
