NuSerum?血清替代品是一種生長培養(yǎng)基補(bǔ)體，可用于替代胎牛血清，它與用于細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)的小牛血清、胎牛血清和其它常用血清相比有較低蛋白含量。低蛋白成份有利于蛋白純化、病毒生產(chǎn)、單克隆抗體生產(chǎn)和篩選，并且能提高細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)染成功率。BD NuSerum?血清替代品組成成份：表皮生長因子，內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞生長補(bǔ)體，胰島素，轉(zhuǎn)鐵球蛋白，三碘甲狀腺氨酸，孕酮，睪酮，Beta 雌二醇-17，硒，O-磷酸乙醇胺，葡萄糖，氨基酸，維生素，其它成份和25%新生牛血清。

BD Nu-Serum? Serum Replacement English Description:
NuSerum? Serum Replacements is a growth medium supplement which provides a low-protein alternative to newborn calf, fetal bovine, and other sera routinely used for cell culture. The low-protein content facilitates protein purification, virus production (Okada, M., et al., Microbiological Immunol. 31:657, 1987), monoclonal antibody production and screening (Sjogren-Janssen, E., e al., J. Immunol. Meth. 84:357, 1985), and increases the frequency of successful transfection of cells (Seed, B., et al., Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. USA 84:3365, 1987; Duval, N., et al., J. Cell Biol. 118:641, 1992).

Quality Control:
? Tested at a concentration of 10% for the ability to stimulate a >= 100-fold increase in growth of BHK-21 and a >= 13-fold increase in growth of BALB/c-3T3 cells.
? Tested for total protein content, pH, and osmolarity (information included with product).
? Filtered (0.2 μm membrane) and tested and found negative for the presence of bacteria, fungi, mycoplasma, and viruses (bovine diarrhea virus, bovine parvovirus, bovine adenovirus, reovirus, and rabies virus); also tested for the absence of cytopathic effects (CPE), inclusion bodies and hemadsorption.
