TeSR?2是mTeSR?1的升級(jí)版，具有同樣高質(zhì)量和穩(wěn)定性，無(wú)飼養(yǎng)層依賴，用于培養(yǎng)人ES細(xì)胞和iPS 細(xì)胞。TeSR?2成份更明確，更接近人體內(nèi)細(xì)胞生長(zhǎng)環(huán)境，可用于基礎(chǔ)研究、干細(xì)胞庫(kù)、高通量研究和臨床應(yīng)用等。與mTeSR?1相比，除具有無(wú)飼養(yǎng)層依賴細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)環(huán)境一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)外，TeSR?2同時(shí)不含有動(dòng)物蛋白質(zhì)成份。TeSR?2含有成份：bFGF，TGFβ，GABA，哌啶酸和氯化鋰。使用時(shí)無(wú)需添加其它生長(zhǎng)因子。
