Corning 凍存管 產(chǎn)品介紹：
Corning凍存管由聚丙烯制造，有三種不同類型：外旋螺紋凍存管、內(nèi)旋螺紋凍存管和外旋螺紋密封蓋。凍存管有圓底和錐形底兩種，都可自行站立。管身標(biāo)有黑色刻度方便樣品填充和鑒別。有不同顏色的管蓋嵌套可供選擇（#430499）。Cornign凍存管有硅膠墊圈保證密封，管瓶經(jīng)過伽馬射線滅菌，鑒定為無熱原，無DNase/RNase活性。
內(nèi)旋蓋凍存管適合放在氣相液氮中來凍存樣品，內(nèi)旋蓋中的硅膠墊圈可增強(qiáng)密封性。外旋蓋凍存管適合在機(jī)械冷凍裝置或冰箱中使用，外旋螺紋可有效降低污染機(jī)率。
需特別注意的是：Corning凍存管在使用的時候務(wù)必不要放在液相液氮中來存儲樣品，那樣可能會發(fā)生意外情況。只可存儲在液化氣體以上的氣相中。另外將凍存管從低溫冷凍系統(tǒng)取出時一定要做好的必要保護(hù)措施，如配戴面罩和手套等。
