The entire BD Stemflow Human and Mouse Pluripotent Stem Cell Analysis Kit must be stored in the dark at 2° to 8°C. Do not freeze.

analysis guidelines.
3.Facilitates compensation and scatter setup and conserves cells with BD CompBead Plus.
4.Provides flexibility to drop in additional fluorescently conjugated antibodies and to use cell lines expressing green fluorescent protein (GFP).

1.The BD Cytofix fixation buffer in this kit contains 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) and is classified as harmful.The following risk and safety precautions should be
followed when handling this product:
2.Limited evidence of a carcinogenic effect (R40). May cause sensitization by skin contact (R43). Keep out of the reach of children (S2). Keep away from food,drink and animal feedingstuffs (S13). Wear suitabl eprotective clothing (S36). Wear suitable gloves (S37).If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately
and show this container or label (S46). Not recommended for interior use on large surface areas(S52).
3.The reagents in this kit contain sodium azide. Sodium azide yields highly toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide compounds in running water
before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits inplumbing.
