The StemSep™ Human Naïve CD4+ T Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate naïve CD4+ T cells from a peripheral blood mononuclear cell suspension by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD8, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD56, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. CD45RO+ cells are targeted for removal with a biotinylated anti-CD45RO antibody, and a bispecific Tetrameric Antibody Complex that recognizes biotin and dextran. Labeled cells are separated using StemSep™ columns and magnet.

Stable at 2 - 8°C for 2 years. Do not freeze. This product has been sterility tested.

Stable at 2 - 8°C for 2 years. Do not freeze. This product has been sterility tested.
Magnetic Colloid
This product is shipped at room temperature. Once opened, stable at 2 - 8°C for 6 weeks. Stable at -20°C for 1 year. Repeated freezing and thawing is possible but not recommended. Vortex before re-freezing. This product has been sterility tested.
Hazardous Ingredient: Sodium Azide. Avoid exposure to skin and eyes, ingestion and contact with heat, acids and metals. Wash exposed skin with soap and water. Flush eyes with water. Dilute with running water before discharging into plumbing.
