EasySep™ Human Naïve B Cell Enrichment Kit 產(chǎn)品英文描述
The EasySep™ Human Naive B Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate naïve B cells from peripheral blood mononuclear cells by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2, CD3, CD14, CD16, CD27, CD36, CD43, CD56, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are separated using the EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. The desired cells are poured off into a new tube.
