RoboSep™ Human Whole Blood CD15 Positive Selection Kit with Filter Tips is designed to isolate CD15+ cells from fresh whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD15 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD15 antigen is expressed on granulocytes and monocytes.

10X concentrate is stable at room temperature for 2 years. Store at room temperature. 1X Lysis Buffer is stable at 4°C for 3 months. Store at 2 - 8°C. Do not freeze.
