RoboSep™ Human Whole Blood Myeloid Positive Selection Kit with Filter Tips is designed to isolate CD33+ and CD66b+ cells from whole blood by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD33, CD66b and dextran-coated magnetic particles. Labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD33 and CD66b antigen are expressed on myeloid progenitor cells, monocytes and granulocytes.
