The EasySep™ Human Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit is designed to isolate hematopoietic progenitor cells from mobilized peripheral blood or from fresh or previously frozen bone marrow by negative selection. Unwanted cells are targeted for removal with Tetrameric Antibody Complexes recognizing CD2, CD3, CD11b, CD11c, CD14, CD16, CD19, CD24, CD56, CD66b, glycophorin A and dextran-coated magnetic particles. The labeled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Desired cells are poured off into a new tube. For enrichment of progenitor cells from cord blood and other cell preparations that contain large amounts of platelets, we recommend the EasySep™ Human Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit with Platelet Depletion (Catalog #19356).

FACS Profile Results With EasySep® Human Progenitor Cell Enrichment Kit

The enrichment of CD34+ cells typically ranges between 15- and 70-fold relative to viable CD45+ cells in unfractionated bone marrow (average fold enrichment is 42 ± 5).
