完整的全血處理套件使用Stemcell 19951HLA EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood T Cell Enrichment Kit，通過(guò)陰性選擇從HetaSep™處理的全血中分離人類T細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞有針對(duì)性的被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物清除，通過(guò)識(shí)別CD14,CD16,CD19,CD20,CD33,CD36,CD41,CD56,CD66b,CD123,糖蛋白A和葡聚糖包覆的磁性粒子。Stemcell 19951HLA EasySep™ HLA Whole Blood T Cell Enrichment Kit使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標(biāo)記的細(xì)胞。期望得到的細(xì)胞被倒入到一個(gè)新的管。
