Stemcell 15064HLA RosetteSep™ HLA B Cell Enrichment Cocktail 旨在通過陰性選擇從全血中分離B細胞。不需要的細胞被四聚體抗體復合物瞄準并去除，通過識別CD2,CD3,CD16,CD3,CD5,CD66b，CD71和糖蛋白A紅血細胞（紅細胞）。當離心超過浮力密度如RosetteSep™DM-L（產品編號15705）或淋巴制劑™（產品編號07801），不需要的細胞顆粒介質隨著紅細胞一起形成小球。將純化的B細胞作為高度富集的大量在血漿和浮力密度介質之間的界面存在。所需的細胞立即被準備用來血清學或流式細胞儀交叉配型試驗。
