Stemcell 15064HLA RosetteSep™ HLA B Cell Enrichment Cocktail 旨在通過(guò)陰性選擇從全血中分離B細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)并去除，通過(guò)識(shí)別CD2,CD3,CD16,CD3,CD5,CD66b，CD71和糖蛋白A紅血細(xì)胞（紅細(xì)胞）。當(dāng)離心超過(guò)浮力密度如RosetteSep™DM-L（產(chǎn)品編號(hào)15705）或淋巴制劑™（產(chǎn)品編號(hào)07801），不需要的細(xì)胞顆粒介質(zhì)隨著紅細(xì)胞一起形成小球。將純化的B細(xì)胞作為高度富集的大量在血漿和浮力密度介質(zhì)之間的界面存在。所需的細(xì)胞立即被準(zhǔn)備用來(lái)血清學(xué)或流式細(xì)胞儀交叉配型試驗(yàn)。
