Stemcell 15664HLA RosetteSep™ HLA Granulocyte Depletion Cocktail 旨在從全血中分離粒細(xì)胞。不需要的細(xì)胞被四聚體抗體復(fù)合物瞄準(zhǔn)去除，通過識(shí)別 CD66b和糖蛋白A紅血細(xì)胞（紅細(xì)胞）。當(dāng)離心超過浮力密度介質(zhì)，如淋巴制劑™（產(chǎn)品編號(hào)07801）,不需要的細(xì)胞隨著紅細(xì)胞沉淀。所需的細(xì)胞作為高濃粒細(xì)胞大量富集在血漿和浮力密度介質(zhì)之間的界面存在。
此產(chǎn)品已根據(jù)體外診斷設(shè)備指令98/79/EC被CE標(biāo)志在歐盟，并符合其要求。
