Stemcell 19751 EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 設計用來通過陰性選擇從小鼠脾細胞或其他組織細胞的單細胞懸液中分離小鼠T細胞。不需要的細胞通過生物素的抗體把非T細胞（細胞 CD11b，CD19，CD45R/B220，CD49B，TER119）和通過生物素和葡聚糖包覆的磁性顆粒識別的四聚體抗體配合物瞄準并且去除。Stemcell 19751 EasySep™ Mouse T Cell Enrichment Kit 使用EasySep™磁鐵分離，而不使用列標記的細胞。期望得到的細胞倒入到一個新的管。
